First time here, had heard good things about Janssen’s. We had a very nice dinner, great service, the food was very good. The staff was very nice. Looking forward to our next time!
Fantastic food, friendly atmosphere, and great service. Having the option of eating indoors while out of the weather or dining outside while overlooking Greer's Ferry Lake is a very nice touch. Definitely a must do at least once if for nothing more than a pleasant experience.
Walleye was wonderful. Great salad bar. Amazing desserts. We love being able to dock the boat and walk up to the restaurant.
This is the perfect end to a wonderful day on the lake. We usually drive by boat, they have a dock for customers! The food is the best you will find anywhere. If you haven't tried the fried chicken livers, I strongly suggest them. The steaks have always been prepared as requested. Have a cold beer, bottle of wine or a cold glass of sweet tea. BUT, don't leave without a slice (the biggest slice of cake ever!) of the carrot cake. You may have to wait a bit, they don't take reservations , but the wait is well worth it.
Always great food and people. Sunday brunch buffet is a bargain for the price coupled with the variety and flavors. Mini waffles, quiche, biscuits, gravy, cheese grits, bacon, sausage, ham, omelets made to order, eggs Benedict, hash browns, and a salad bar including pastries are the main staples, along with other items, plus a varying lunch section from week to week. They also carry a variety of adult beverages. Their lunch and dinner menu the other nights they are open has plenty of options to satisfy everyone in the group.
